Description
Exterior painting of 8 residential blocks at the Sakhithemba halfway House. The project will involve scraping and painting for the purpose of providing residents with a calming and beautiful environment where they can heal and look forward to a brighter future.
Overview
The premises is currently run down and portrays a bad image of the project to potential donors who come to visit. We believe that even though we do not have the fanciest of structures, if they are clean and presentable, the healing process of young people will be so much easier. We need 30 volunteers to paint the exterior walls of our residential blocks/ chalets. There are currently about 8 blocks, which needs 3-4 volunteers per block
